As a trained qualitative researcher, Wendy has conducted thousands of in-depth interviews, both in-person and via phone. She has also conducted hundreds of focus groups. As a skilled quantitative researcher, Wendy has conducted thousands of surveys via online, on-site, by mail and by phone.
Wendy has worked at Fortune 500 Companies, including Marriott International, Capital One, and General Mills, and has completed research projects in a variety of industries, including hospitality, financial services, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, not-for-profit organizations, and universities. She has a Master of Marketing Research Degree from the University of Georgia and is a certified focus group moderator. Wendy is passionate about marketing research and is willing to take the time to learn more about your organization to design a customized research approach to meet your needs.
